Commotion at CM's janata darbar,longchamp sale,longchamp sale
PATNA: Monday witnessed what was one of the noisiest CM's janata darbar at his official residence at 1 Anne Marg here. A number of individuals and groups of people shouted at the officials for not taking their cases seriously. About a thousand people had gathered at the sprawling hall where the darbar is held and CM Nitish Kumar was sitting in one corner taking up the complaints of people queued up in front of him. Angry complainants surrounded by a battery of cameramen were seen at the counters of energy and agriculture departments manned by departmental ministers,longchamp le pliage,longchamp le pliage, secretaries and other staff. The complainants hurled accusations and blamed the ministers and officials of apathetic attitude. They even did not spare the CM. While the ministers and bureaucrats reasoned with the petitioners, most of them seemed to be hell-bent on not listening to the officials. The presence of TV crew probably encouraged them to shout at top of their voice. One person with a cap was approaching each counter and shouting to know what had happened to his application. Finally, his paper was detected and he stopped roaming around. Agriculture minister Narendra Singh and his officials were trying to convince a group of young people that their temporary appointment was cancelled following a Supreme Court order. They squatted on the floor and the securitymen had a tough time removing them. An applicant from Nalanda district was seen criticizing Nitish. He brandished old papers to say that he was coming to the darbar for over two years, but without any success. A senior bureaucrat commented, "Is it not a good sign for democracy that people are speaking up loudly without fear." Another official quipped, "They also know that the CM has become weak, so they are shouting." Asked about the commotion, Nitish said some people think that by creating noise and shouting they can get their work done. "We work under a system and any matter can be raised in a serious manner. Their problem cannot be addressed if they shout and seek media attention. There are rules, laws, financial implications of all the issues and everything has to be considered," the CM said and added, "I am here to listen and take up their issues even if they create commotion."
