The electrical, plumbing, roofing, kitchen and bathrooms have all been upgraded since 2002.The listing is through Coldwell Banker Premier Realty and an open house is scheduled for July 14 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.Property records show the value was declared at $420,000 in 2005, but the 2013 assessment pegs the value at $1,597,333. Property taxes were $7,464.45.Robertson's annual disclosure statement indicated the property is owned by his company, Ohana Partners Ltd.A statement from the Office of the Mayor said Robertson and his wife Amy are downsizing after their children Terra, Satchel and Johanna graduated high school. The Robertsons' foster son Jinagh Navas-Rivas was sentenced to four years in jail on March 13 for his role as a broker for a dial-a-dope gang.Robertson's handlers won't disclose the new address, except to say it is "within a block" of York Avenue in Kitsilano.Because of the location, Robertson won't be voting when the Point Grey–Cornwall bike lane proposal comes to city council."The City Solicitor [Francie Connell] has informed the Mayor that there is no legal conflict with voting on matters related to the Point Grey–Cornwall bike and pedestrian safety upgrades at this time," said the Office of the Mayor's statement."However, out of an abundance of caution, the Mayor informed the City Solicitor that he will be recusing himself from voting on the upcoming Point Grey–Cornwall project. The City Solicitor will review the final staff report on the project and provide any further advice to the Mayor on this matter as required."BMackin@biv.com@bobmackinTags: Gregor Robertson, voting, cycling, Vancouver Council, real estate |
