(“Digital Access”). By subscribing to receive Digital Access, you acknowledge that you agree to, have read, and understand (a) these Subscription Terms, (b) the Terms & Conditions of use, and (c) our Privacy Policy . Thestar.com is published by Toronto Star Newspapers Limited. 1. How to Subscribe: Go to www.thestar.com/digitalaccess and follow the steps outlined to subscribe for Digital Access. 2. About Digital Access: Once you subscribe for Digital Access, up to three members of your household can share your Digital Access subscription (please follow the prompts as you subscribe for Digital Access to add additional members of your household to your subscription). As well, you will be able to access your Digital Access subscription on up to three web-enabled devices (e.g., PC,[url=http://www.michael-korshandbags-outlet.org]michael kors canada[/url], smartphone and tablet) simultaneously. 3. Existing Home Delivery Subscriber: Your Digital Access subscription is available free of charge if (i) you are an existing home delivery subscriber to the Toronto Star newspaper, paying by credit card or automatic debit each month from your chequing or savings account, or if you already have prepaid for an annual subscription to the Toronto Star, and you register for Digital Access on or before December 31, 2013, or (ii) you are a new subscriber to the Toronto Star and you pay for your subscription by credit card on or before December 31, 2013; provided that you keep your home delivery subscription active. If you are a home delivery subscriber and you register for Digital Access after December 31,[url=http://www.michael-korshandbags-outlet.org]michael kors canada[/url], 2013, or if you elect not to pay for your home delivery subscription by credit card, your Digital Access subscription will be $4.99 plus tax for each month, and this rate will be charged in addition to your existing Toronto Star home delivery subscription rate and any other Toronto Star Newspapers Limited products that you purchase. If you cease to be a home delivery subscriber,[url=http://www.michael-korshandbags-outlet.org]Michael Kors Handbags[/url], or if you cease to pay for your home delivery subscription by credit card (or automatic debit for subscribers referred to in (i) above), your Digital Access subscription will be cancelled. If you wish to continue to receive Digital Access, you can sign up at www.thestar.com/digitalaccess and the payment terms in Section 5 (as they may be amended from time to time) will apply. 4. Existing Electronic Paper Subscriber: Your Digital Access subscription is available free of charge if you have already purchased a Toronto Star ePaper subscription directly from the Toronto Star and you register for Digital Access on or before December 31, 2013 (provided that you keep your Toronto Star ePaper subscription active, and you comply with the terms and conditions applicable to your ePaper subscription). If you cease to be an ePaper subscriber, your free Digital Access subscription will be cancelled. If you wish to continue to receive Digital Access, you can sign up at www.thestar.com/digitalaccess and the payment terms in Section 5 (as they may be amended from time to time) will apply. 5. Payment: Your Digital Access subscription is $9.99 plus tax for each month. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept all major credit cards. Your Digital Access subscription charges will be billed monthly to the credit card you provide to us at the time you sign-up. Your credit card will be charged on or about the 15th of each month for the upcoming month of Digital Access. Your subscription will automatically be renewed for additional one month periods and will continue until you call us to cancel your subscription as set out under “Cancellation” below. You are responsible for all fees and charges in connection with your Digital Access subscription (including any additional access or data charges that may be charged by your data plan provider). Please contact us immediately with any change in your billing information to avoid an interruption in service and/or termination of your subscription. 6. Your representations: By subscribing to Digital Access, you warrant that: (a) you are of the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, (b) all information you submit is true and correct (including without limitation all credit card information that you provide to us in connection with your Digital Access subscription), and (c) you are the cardholder of the credit card that has been applied to your subscription. You further agree (i) to keep your passwords and account access information confidential and not to share it with any other person, and (ii) to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Digital Access subscription or account. 7. Changes to Subscription Terms and Rates We may at any time change or modify these Subscription Terms or thestar.com product and subscription rates,[url=http://www.michael-korshandbags-outlet.org]Michael Kors Handbags Outlet[/url], upon notice to you. Any modification to the fees you are charged will apply to you following the end of the then current month of your subscription. We will notify you in one or more of the following ways: (i) mailing a letter to the billing address you provided to us when you signed up; (ii) sending an e-mail to the email account provided to us when you signed up; (iii) posting on thestar.com website; (iv) a newspaper ad; or (v) speaking to you or leaving a telephone message for you. If you do not agree to any such changes or modifications to your Digital Access subscription or to these Subscription Terms, your sole remedy is to cancel your Digital Access subscription in accordance with these Subscription Terms. 8. Promotions: We may occasionally offer a variety of Digital Access promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Promotions cannot be combined. We require a minimum of five business days notice prior to the end of your current billing period to cancel your Digital Access subscription. If we receive your notice less than five business days prior to the end of your current billing period, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your next billing period. 10.Termination of your account: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Digital Access subscription if: (a) the credit card you provide to us is invalid for any reason; (b) you give us and/or our affiliates false or misleading information; (c) we and/or our affiliates do not receive any payment when due; or (d) we have determined, in our sole discretion, that you are in breach of the Terms &Conditions of use, or that have used your subscription to Digital Access for unlawful or improper purposes. Any such termination by us will be in addition to all rights and remedies otherwise available to us. Your ability to use your Digital Access subscription is also subject to any limits established by us or your credit card issuer. If your subscription fee cannot be charged to your credit card, or if we are unable to debit the subscription fee from your savings or chequing account, or if your charge is returned for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your Digital Access subscription. 11.
