Gagne Gets His First
Photography by Larry LawrenceJake Gagne rode a spotless race in Daytona SportBike action Sunday Motorcycle lever at Road America. He capitalized clutch and brake levers on a late-race mistake by rival Cameron Beaubier to nail across the victory by 4.191 seconds. It marked the primary victory this year for Gagne, who rides in the RoadRace Factory Yamaha squad. Beaubier lost at last this present year, though with his second place finish remains to be the series leader.
